Cockatiel yawns are totally adorable! This birdie actually kind of looks like s/he is yelling, though.

This is the other book I checked out this morning. I realize that 99% of what I read is non-fiction. I can’t even remember the last fictional novel I read!
I went to the library this morning and thought this book looked interesting.

I went to the Bronx Zoo yesterday. I didn’t really take any pictures (though I wish I had, but I really need a better camera, as all I have right now is my dusty, dirty phone). When I’ve seen the polar bear in the past, it has usually been lounging around or sleeping, but yesterday it was really interacting with all its enrichment items. It was really fun to watch!
This is a six-month old Cavalier King Charles spaniel who is currently at the vet clinic where I work. She is WAY cuter than she looks in this photo, and she is so sweet. I feel bad for her because she has to spend the night alone in the hospital. Most likely, she is absolutely fine, but her owners think the fact that she is urinating in their house could be a sign that something is medically wrong, so she’ll go home tomorrow.
